What did you want to become when you were a child?
When I was a kid, me and my friends would play a game called “police officers and bad guys”. I remember perfectly clear that all my childhood, all I wanted was to become a police officer.
Why did you choose to work within shipping?
Most of my family members are sea folk, I think that’s why.
What is your best work-related memory?
My best work-related memory is a time when I was a deck cadet. Me and a deck officer were filling pre-departure checklists. Usually, officers did it by themselves, but this time the deck officer let me check everything. I remember feeling so happy about that!
Who has been your role model?
My Mom, she is definitely my role model. She is smart, positive and inspires me.
