What will you do?
Working in the Data Maintenance Service - Team you will have the responsibility provide all necessary data for purchasing, storing and delivering goods in all of Europe. You will be responsible for cooperating with different departments of R&F AB, supporting the sales team, the product management team and the warehouse by providing information and keep all systems updated and ready for use. You are also participating in projects for developing systems, processes and procedures for supporting the growth of the business and enabling the acquisition of new customers. In connection with projects or as part of new procedures you might also be asked to take over responsibility for other employees.
Some of your key responsibilities:
- Create master data that is accurate and in time to support purchase and sales departments
- Continuous improvement of system knowledge and understanding of the complexity of using master data
- Continuously improve our processes through cooperation and communication within the data maintenance team
- Drive automation by optimizing processes and integrating systems to enhance our ability to maximize data leverage
- Support the development of robust processes in data maintenance to meet company policies and legal requirements in different markets
- Support and maintain our ability to meet quality certificates within the area of Sustainability & ISO
- Support and push new strategies and the overall targets for the company
Who are you?
To be successful in this role you will need to have a solid background as an accountant, a specialist dealing with inventory management systems, some background in working with Product Information Systems or with warehouse systems. You will also need to have a good overall understanding of supply chain procedures and preparation of data from the purchasing to sales as well as pricing and logistics. We also expect you to have a positive approach to life and a forward leaning “doer” attitude and experience from working in a cross functional international working environment. We believe you have a passion for structure, the right order, details and accuracy.
- Experience as a professional accountant, inventory specialist of related subject or similar
- Advanced knowledge of supply chain
- Good knowledge of Office product Suit, especially Excel
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Malmö within Retail & Food Services AB. We are having an ongoing selection, so don´t wait with your application.
