As our new Regional Travel Manager you´re a Stakeholder between central Marketing & Acquisition functions and regional trade management. You ensure specific regional needs and characteristics (market intelligence) and you´re considered when defining and implementing overall our Stena Line Travel strategy.
Additional you have the role purpose to lead and develop the small marketing team in Germany. That includes all aspects along the employee journey.
What you will experience?
Some of your key responsibilities:
- participate in regional budget and forecasting process to deliver on agreed travel budget
- contribute in regional trade management processes and regional management meetings
- take part with regional insights as part of the extended Group Travel Management Organisation
- work with Trade Manager to monitor bookings and forecasted volumes to optimize our business performance
- develop pricing structure and achieve optimal customer/cargo mix for each route
- coordinates/supports with dailly operational tasks and support the Travel Claim Management
- together with regional Partners & Sales Specialist manage local relations with 3rd Party Customers and Destination Partners as well as other local networks in order to secure strong market relationship
- develop local campaigns and marketing actions in the local area.
