      <title>Green light from the Competition Authority</title>
      <description>The German competition authority, Bundeskartellamt, has approved the deal between Stena Line and Scandlines Deutschland GmbH, which was presented 30 May, for the acquisition of five ferry routes between Sweden and Germany to Latvia. The acquisition is part of Stena Line's strategy to expand into growth markets and it is expected to be completed by the end of August.</description>

      <title>Stena Line is expanding on the Baltic Sea</title>
      <description>&lt;p style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Stena Line acquires five ferry routes between Sweden and Germany to Latvia. The three routes, Travem&amp;uuml;nde to Ventspils and Liepaja as well as the route Nyn&amp;auml;shamn-Ventspils have been acquired from Scandlines GmbH. Moreover, Stena Line has acquired Scandlines GmbH's vessels and operation on the routes between Trelleborg to Sassnitz and Rostock, which makes Stena Line the sole owner. The acquisitions are part of Stena Line's strategy of expansion into growth markets.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
